FAQ
What drinks are included as part of my membership?
Each time you visit us you have 2 ways of using your membership:

Option 1: Order a single cup of drip coffee, or iced coffee (no charge - this is included!)

Option 2: Order an espresso-based drink, cold brew, matcha or chai, for $1 (alt milk, large drinks, & flavors are extra)
You are able to use your membership once every two hours (trust us – this is for your own good!)
What size drip / iced coffee can I get?
With your membership you can order a small or large drip and iced coffee. There's no additional charge for the larger size.
Can I share my subscription with others?
This is an individual membership that is tied to your Q Club profile. Think of it like a gym membership, but with more coffee and less working out. Benefits of the program are non-transferable.
Can I redeem my membership benefits online?
At this time membership benefits can only be redeemed in person.
Does my membership automatically renew?
Yes, you will be charged weekly for your membership. If you'd like to update your payment details or cancel, you can manage your subscription preferences below.
Can I apply my membership benefits to more than one item per order?
You can only apply benefits to one drink, pastry and sandwhich per order, whether that be an iced /drip coffee or $1 espresso-based drink. However, we hope see you every two hours to max out your membership!
