All we need is access to one standard 120v outlet that is not shared with any other machinery and we can serve anywhere! Our espresso carts do not require access to 220v electricity.

For our base package (2 hour event) we anticipate 1.5 drinks per person included in our "unlimited drinks" package. This means that for 200 guests, we will be prepared to serve 300 cups at this event. In the unlikely event we serve more than 300 drinks, we would add an additional charge per cup. Though, it is unlikely that every person in attendance drinks coffee, and especially unlikely that every person drinks more than one beverage in two hours.

For an all day event, we anticipate 2.5 drinks per person
included in our "unlimited drinks" package, meaning that
for 200 guests, we will be prepared to serve 500 cups per
day. In the unlikely event we serve more than 500 drinks,
we would add an additional charge per cup.

We are based in Sanford, FL, and do not charge for any destinations within 30 miles of Sanford. For events happening further away in Florida, we charge the 2025 IRS mileage rate, which is currently 65.5 cents per mile for business purposes. We currently do not move our espresso carts out of state. However, we do have baristas that are regularly contracted to serve events all around the country if a specific client is looking to contract someone.

We send electronic invoices and accept all forms of card payment and ACH bank transfers. We require a 50% non-refundable secured-date deposit due upon booking, with the remaining balance due 7 days prior to the event.

Because we don’t request full payment until the week before the event, there is not a cancellation fee. However, the 50% secured-date deposit is non-refundable.
